Hello everyone!
My name is Stephanie and I am the one behind Hostess in Rainboots. I live in Corporate America by day and am a friend, girlfriend, sister, aunt, baker, chef, and photographer by night. I have two little Yorkies (Zeus & Penelope) that I love to death, and a boyfriend who means the world to me.
I have only been cooking for about 2 1/2 years, but I love it and I love the way it brings people together. It truly makes me happy to see people gathered together and enjoying each others company over a home-cooked meal. As for photography, I just recently picked it up in March 2010, so any and all tips/tricks are welcome (I use a Nikon D5000).
I hope you all enjoy my blog and are able to laugh at my mistakes, try my recipes, and get lost in a few of my photos. But most of all, I hope this blog inspires you to find more ways to spend with your family and friends.
